Everything on this website belongs to Annesa Ghosh, who runs Wobbli Invitations as Wobbli.Co (Udyam registration UDYAM-WB-23-0083429). You may look at it and share links to it. You may not copy, download, edit, reuse or sell any of it without her written permission.

The Wobbli name, the Wobbli logo and its smiling pebble characters
Every sample card, in every language, including its artwork, characters, layout, games, wording and code
The preview videos, pictures and share images
The art styles, motifs and felt pieces as made for Wobbli
All the writing on this website

What you may not do

Unless Annesa Ghosh has said yes in writing, you may not:

download, save, screenshot, screen-record or print the designs, videos, pictures or logo to use anywhere else
copy, trace, edit, recreate or imitate the designs or characters, by hand or with any software or AI tool
sell, resell or offer the designs, or cards based on them, as your own work or service
remove, crop or cover the © Annesa Ghosh watermark
use any of it to train, prompt or test AI tools
use the Wobbli name or logo on your own products, pages or social media accounts

What you may do

Look at the website and the sample cards, and share links to them.
If you order a card: share your card's link with your guests as often as you like, and print its QR card for your own wedding.

Ordering a card gives you the right to use it for your own wedding and its functions. The design itself stays the work of Annesa Ghosh. She may show your card in the Wobbli portfolio with your names and personal details removed, unless you ask her not to.

The law

Under India's Copyright Act, 1957, copyright belongs to the author from the moment a work is made. Copying or using these works without permission is infringement.

If you see a copy

If you find a Wobbli design, video or logo used somewhere without permission, please tell Annesa on WhatsApp. Copies will be reported to the platform they appear on and removed, and legal action will be taken where needed.

Asking for permission

Want to feature a design, write about Wobbli or work together? Ask on WhatsApp first. Permission is only valid when it is given in writing.
