I collect only what is needed to make your card, I don't sell or share it for advertising, and this website does not track you.

What I collect

From the order form: your name, the couple's names, wedding date, city and venue, number of families, functions, plan, add-ons and notes. The form does not save anything on this website. It opens WhatsApp with your details typed in, and nothing is sent until you press send there.
On WhatsApp: your phone number, our messages, payment confirmations, and the details and photos you send for the card.
For the card: the names, dates, venues, phone numbers and guest names you ask me to show.

What this website does not do

No accounts, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare and loads fonts from Google Fonts, so those services see your IP address and browser type to deliver the page, as with any website.

How your details are used

To make, deliver and update your card, and to talk to you about the order.
To keep a record of payments.
To show your card in the Wobbli portfolio, only with names and personal details removed, unless you ask me not to.

I never sell your details or give them to anyone for marketing.

Who can see your card

Anyone with the card's link can open it, so share it only with your guests. Card pages are hidden from search engines. Guest-name links show only the name you chose for that family.

How long it's kept

The card is taken offline 60 days after the wedding, or later if you added more time.
Order and payment records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting rules require.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you, or to take your card offline early, by messaging Annesa Ghosh on WhatsApp at +91 93609 26427. I reply within 48 hours. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
