These terms apply when you order a Wobbli invitation card. Ordering, or paying the advance, means you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, ask on WhatsApp before you pay.

Who I am

Wobbli Invitations is run by Annesa Ghosh as Wobbli.Co, an Udyam-registered micro enterprise in India.

You can check the registration yourself on udyamregistration.gov.in: open "Print / Verify", choose "Verify Udyam Registration Number" and enter the number above.

How an order works

You send your details through the order form or on WhatsApp.
I reply on WhatsApp with what's possible for your date and the final price.
Your order is confirmed only when you have agreed the final price on WhatsApp and the 50% advance has reached me. Before that, your date is not held.

Prices on the website are starting prices in Indian rupees. Launch prices apply to the first 10 confirmed weddings. The price agreed on WhatsApp is the price you pay.

Payment

50% advance to confirm the order, the remaining 50% when you approve the preview, before the final link is sent.
Payment is by UPI to the account I share in our WhatsApp chat.
Add-ons ordered later are added to the second payment.
Payment requests only ever come from my WhatsApp number, +91 93609 26427. I will never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card number or a password. If anyone else asks you to pay for a Wobbli card, don't pay, and tell me.

Delivery

Every card is digital. It is delivered as a web link (and, if ordered, a QR card file) on WhatsApp. Nothing is shipped.
Delivery times: Basic about 3 days, Premium about 5, Semi-luxury about 6, Luxury about 7, for the first preview link. The days count from when I have all your details and the advance.
If details arrive late or a reply takes a while, delivery moves by the same amount of time.
Faster delivery (+25% of the plan) is only possible when my calendar allows, and I confirm it before you pay.

Rounds of changes

Each plan includes rounds of changes: Basic 2, Premium 3, Semi-luxury 4, Luxury 5. One round is one list of changes sent together.
Extra rounds cost Rs 500 each.
After the final link is sent, updates to facts like a time, a venue or a phone number are included until the wedding. New design changes after approval count as an extra round.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel within 24 hours of paying the advance: the full advance is refunded.
Cancel between 24 and 48 hours after paying: half of the advance is refunded.
After 48 hours: no refund.
Basic plan: no refund after 24 hours, because the card is ready in about 3 days.
Refunds go back by UPI to the account that paid, within 7 days of the cancellation message.
To cancel, send "Cancel my order" on WhatsApp. The time of that message is the time that counts.

Your content and your guests

You send the names, dates, venues, phone numbers and any photos or text for the card. Please check every spelling in the preview. Mistakes found after you approve are fixed as an update, but I am not responsible for errors in the details you sent.
By sending photos, music or text, you confirm you have the right to use them and that the people named are happy to be on the card.
I can refuse or remove content that is unlawful, hateful or insulting.

Hosting and links

Your card stays online until 60 days after your wedding. You can keep it longer with the "Keep it online longer" add-on.
Anyone who has the link can open the card. Card pages are hidden from search engines, so they don't show up on Google.
The card works in the normal browser of current phones and computers. I can't control guests' phones, internet connections or WhatsApp itself.

Ownership

You get the right to use and share your card for your own wedding and its functions. The design, artwork and code stay the work of Annesa Ghosh. You may not resell or reuse the design for another event or person. Full details are in the copyright policy.

Limits

I take care to deliver on time and to keep cards online. If something goes wrong on my side, I will fix it or, if it can't be fixed, refund the part of the price that relates to it. My total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Complaints

Send any complaint to Annesa Ghosh on WhatsApp at +91 93609 26427. I acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month.

Law and changes

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute is handled by the courts in Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. I may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you confirm your order is the one that applies to it.
